The Casaitalia complex consists of two main buildings of 3,000 m2 of land each rising to five floors above ground: one mainly adapted for parking and the other entirely as a Shopping Center.

The two buildings on the upper floor are connected by a bridge that creates a second entrance from the parking lot in the center and that creates on the top floor a single surface of about 6,000 m2 (of which 2,300 currently covered, and later will to be covered about 5000 m2) with destination entertainment and restaurant service connected together.
